Amy Wilhelmi is a licensed therapist, educator, researcher, and author with more than 16 years of experience helping individuals and communities cultivate healthier relationships, emotional resilience, and meaningful personal transformation. Her work combines evidence-based psychology with emerging research in consciousness and integrative mental health.

About the Instructor

Amy Wilhelmi, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified sex therapist, educator, researcher, and author specializing in relational psychology, trauma recovery, attachment theory, and mind-body-spirit integration.

She serves as a Clinical Lecturer at Northwestern University and teaches at Naropa University while leading her own psychotherapy practice. Throughout her career, Amy has worked to bridge traditional psychotherapy with innovative approaches that support emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and conscious living.

At Bufo University, she is committed to helping students develop a thoughtful, ethical, and evidence-informed understanding of psychedelic education and human consciousness.
